The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight for our children was the fantastic kids' play area on the hotel grounds. It was filled with colorful slides, swings, and even a mini trampoline, providing endless entertainment for our little adventurers. They absolutely loved it!
My children wanted more variety in the kids' menu.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The location was fantastic, with free parking just a minute's walk away. The hotel was clean and had a lovely small restaurant downstairs. Although it was a 20-minute walk to the sea, we found an even nicer beach just a 15-minute drive away with free parking. our stay here was super enjoyable and we would definitely stay again if we come to Spain.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Free parking available just a minute away. Clean rooms with a small restaurant downstairs. Good location, 7 minutes away from Banus and 20 minutes walk from the sea. the hotel is also close to "playa hotel puente romano" in Marbella, which is highly recommended for a nicer experience.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints.

Despite some initial issues with our room, the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate us and make things right. The lady who assisted us was kind and even offered us breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. One positive aspect was that the hotel is conveniently located, only a short distance from the popular area of Banus. Another advantage was the affordable price of the food in the hotel's restaurant, which made it convenient for us to have breakfast and lunch there during our stay.
One of the downsides of our experience was the language barrier, although it was only a minor issue. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to par, as on some days we were given tiny hand towels.

The staff were simply amazing, making us feel so welcome and at home. The freshly made to order breakfast was delicious and the free wifi in the bar/restaurant was a perk. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and fresh. The 25-minute walk to the beach was manageable. Just remember to ask about the key for late-night entry. a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it to friends and consider staying again ourselves.

We had a fantastic time staying at Hotel Avenida 31 in Marbella. The staff made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the location is convenient with easy street parking. The small restaurant downstairs was a great convenience and the food was delicious. Even though the beach was a 20-minute walk away, we highly recommend driving to "playa hotel puente romano" in Marbella, which is only a 15-minute drive and offers free parking and a nicer experience. We would definitely stay at Hotel Avenida 31 again and recommend it to our friends.
Can recommend this hotel.

Me and my friends had a blast exploring Marbella, especially the vibrant nightlife and the epic beach parties. The hotel was located in a prime spot, close to all the popular clubs and bars. The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff was really cool, always giving us tips on the hottest spots in town. We would totally recommend this hotel to other party animals like us!
The only thing that could have made our experience even better would be if the hotel had organized some fun events or parties for young people. It would have been awesome to have a designated party area or even a DJ playing some sick beats by the pool.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
